Don’t worry! You can now purchase my Beat Burnout: Self-care Saturday Online Workshop to practice whenever works for you. The Workshop is available to purchase all through the month of March 2021, and then will remain live on Vimeo for 1 year so you can practice it whenever you like.
The workshop is designed to run at 3 hours, with a 30 minute coffee break half way through. However, you can practice it in whatever timeframe you like!

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
When you're Burned Out, recovering from Burnout, or worried you're heading towards a Burnout, it can be really difficult to take time for your own self-care. This workshop will give you three hours to focus on yourself, learn new mindfulness skills, and practice self-care in a supported, connected online environment.
