Build a routine that serves you, that gives you time for rest, restoration and self-care. Establish healthy habits and boundaries, learn Mindfulness techniques and practices, reset your nervous system and connect your body and mind, and find the path that works for you toward a Balanced life.

FIND BALANCE

Get on top of your stress and then figure out what you want your life to actually look like. Let’s work together to make that life happen for you! Identify what Balance means to you, prevent Burnout from keeping you from that life, and find the way to live a life with the Balance you need.

BURNOUT PREVENTION & RECOVERY COACH

Hi! I’m Maggie (and this is Didy). I’m a former Frazzled Exec turned Burnout Survivor. I Burned Out spectacularly in 2019, and since then have been committed to long term Burnout Recovery, and helping others either navigate their own Recovery or using Burnout Prevention to avoid Burning Out in the first place! As a coach, I work with my clients to help them make sense of the madness that is Burnout, and find their way back. My coaching programme is designed to help identify the root causes of your Burnout and tackle them in small, manageable ways. It gives you Mindfulness skills, practical practices learned through Yoga and Meditation, and a coach in your pocket whenever you need!

As well as being trained as a coach (with a focus on Life Coaching, Happiness, Life Purpose and Cognitive Behavioural Techniques) I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher and Meditation guide.

I turned my Burnout into my Supernova Moment. Instead of letting it defeat me, it became a turning point toward a new life that prioritises balance and happiness. And you can do the same!
