A FREE WORKSHOP TO START YOUR YEAR WITH BALANCE
Start 2024 the way you mean to go on, with this free 60-minute ‘Intention Setting’ online workshop running Saturday 13 January. We’ll begin with a bit of movement & meditation, then work through some journaling prompts, with the option to get crafty if you fancy! I’ll share my top tips for finding and keeping balanced, and avoiding Burnout, in 2024.

WHAT DO I NEED?
We’ll start the session with a bit of gentle yoga based movement, then some reflection and intention setting through meditation. For this you’ll just need to be comfy! So comfy clothes, preferably layers so you can stay nice and cosy, and some blankets and cushions to make sure you’re supported.
We’ll also be spending a good amount of time journaling, so for this you’ll just need a notebook/paper and pen! You can journal digitally on your phone or computer if you like - I prefer to use pen and paper but if you don’t, that’s okay!
And that’s it! A super simple session, just an opportunity to come together for a bit of focus, support and of course, that all important intention setting at the start of a new year.
